Jess joined Shine TV as Senior Legal and Business Affairs Executive in 2010 and was appointed Head of Legal and Business Affairs in April 2012. Prior to joining Shine TV, Jessica was a Legal and Business Affairs Executive at Shine Group where she assisted in the set-up of Shine Australia, Shine France, Shine Germany and the acquisition of Brown Eyed Boy. Before joining Shine Group, Jessica spent five years in the Media, Communications and technology team at leading media firm, Olswang where she advised clients across broadcasting, film, music and online media sectors which included secondments at Warner Music and MSN. She began her career providing business affairs and lobbying support at MCPS-PRS (now PRS for Music).
