Professional MasterChef is back this autumn on BBC2. 48 chefs compete to walk away with the 2010 Champion title, and also get the opportunity to cook in the world's best kitchens and come face to face with the culinary legends who inspire them.

Judged by Michel Roux Jnr, Gregg Wallace and Monica Galleti - this new series also sees some exceptional master classes when both Monica and 2* Chef Michel reveal some of the secrets of cooking at this highest of levels.
